预焙阳极检测技术综述

摘要 铝电解槽的大型化及高电流密度需要高质量的预焙阳极,相应地预焙阳极的检测指标从传统的5项增加到18项。近年来我国电解铝发展迅猛,对预焙阳极需求量快速增加,但生产阳极的原料沥青、石油焦、煅后焦质量却持续恶化,要生产出高质量的预焙阳极,需要生产厂家加强原料的检测。本文对预焙阳极生产过程中涉及的物料及最终产品的检测进行简单的概述。 In recent years, with the rapid development of electrolytic aluminum in China, the demand for prebaked anode rapidly increases. The aluminum reduction cell with large size and high current density requires high quality of the prebaked anode, involving the detection of indicators from the traditional 5 to present 18 indexes. But the quality of raw materials, such as asphalt, petroleum coke, and calcined coke for the prebaked anode has continued to deteriorate. To produce a high quality of prebaked anode, it is needed for the production to strengthen the detection of raw materials. Many indicators are previously not concerned, but now are more important. Some indicators, due to the deterioration of raw materials, are needed to be focused on. The detections of prebaked anode production process related to the raw material and the final products were reviewed, which could have some help for the carbon production.
