UHP石墨电极接头栓的研究

The study of nipple pins for UHP graphite electrodes

摘要 介绍了超高功率石墨电极用接头栓的研制中骨料、黏结剂、膨胀剂的选择,以及接头栓的制作工艺流程,并在钢厂对接头栓的使用情况进行了跟踪测试。经实践证明,该接头栓能显著降低超高功率石墨电极使用中发生的退扣、脱扣、松动、折断等事故,具有推广使用价值。 The selection of aggregate, binder and expanding agent used for nipple pin during the production process of UHP graphite electrode was introduced. It is proved that the nipple pin can significantly reduce the unscrewing, releasing, loose fitting and breaking off of UHP graphite electrodes in use, and is worthy to be commercially produced and used.
