陕甘宁边区民间调解模范及其对当代村治启示

延安时期,陕甘宁边区政府在积极推动边区乡村建设的过程中,涌现了一批包括劳动、运盐、民间调解等模范,给边区建设带来很大示范效应。文章选取民间调解模范作为研究对象,从其开展的政治基础、法律保障、政策方针出发,以模范个人与乡村为实体,探讨民间调解模范所凸显出来的特点,并从以上几点出发,为当代村治提供启示。

This articles selects civil mediation model as the research object,and the personal model and country as the study entityto discusses the highighted characteristics of civil mediatia model from the political foundation,legal protection,and to provides inspiration for the contemporary village governance form the above points.
