摘要
针对单相串励电动机摩擦引起的转矩变化问题,根据串励电机运行原理,建立单相串励电机的数学模型,在传统干扰观测器的基础上,设计出鲁棒性更好的转矩干扰观测器,实现对摩擦系数的变化进行补偿,达到改进双闭环系统稳定运行的效果。仿真结果表明,改进后的转矩干扰观测器系统稳定性更好,实现了串励电机启动快速、转速精确的要求。
According to the torque variation caused by single phase series motor, the mathematical model of single phase series motor is set up according to the principle of series motor. Based on the traditional disturbance observer, a better robustness torque disturbance observer is designed to compensate the change of friction coefficient, which can improve the stability of the double closed loop system. The simulation results show that the improved torque disturbance observer has better stability, and the requirement of fast start and accurate speed of series motor is realized.
