摘要 介绍了一种基于STC89C52单片机和气体传感器,设计出对空气中的一些有毒气体进行检测,并传输到PC上位机的监控系统。上位机监控软件采用Lab VIEW制作,实现系统的浓度显示、报警以及与上位机串口通信等功能。MQ135和MQ-7两个气体传感器通过ADC0809模数转换器将数据传输到单片机,经处理后显示到现场的LCD1602显示屏中,并将数据传输到监控PC。当空气中监测的气体含量超过预先设定的允许范围时,现场警报声响起,PC机上也会告警提示浓度超标,以提醒人们做好防护措施以及采取应对的方法。 This paper introduces a kind of monitoring and control system based on STC89C52 MCU and gas sensor,designed by the detection of some poisonous gas in the air which is transmitted to the PC host computer. PC monitoring software is made of Lab VIEW,achieving the concentration of the system display,alarm,as well as with the host computer serial communication and other functions. Two gas sensors such as MQ135 and MQ-7 transmit data to the microcontroller through the ADC0809 analog digital converter,displayed to the scene of the LCD1602 display after processing,and transmit data to monitor PC. When monitoring of gas content in the air exceeded pre-set permission scope,the alarm sounded on the spot,PC will also alarm prompt concentration exceeded,so as to remind people to do a good job of protection measures and to take measures to deal with it.
