轮胎吊装卸作业防撞箱系统设计与实现

Design and Realization of Container Anticollision System in RTG Handling Operation

根据轮胎吊装卸作业的实际工况,采用激光测距预判距离的方式,设计了轮胎吊作业防撞箱保护程序,给出了系统设计方案和安装调试方案,实践证明可有效避免轮胎吊司机操作失误引起的撞箱事故。

According to the actual working condition of rubber-tyred gantry（ RTG） handling operation,the method of laser distance measurement is used to design the container anticollision protection program. The saver can effectively avoid the container collision accident caused by the RTG operator misoperation. It can not only reduce the economic losses of the port,but also can avoid the influence caused by the damage of the port＇s reputation.
