干散货浮码头输送工艺一体化布置研究

Study on Integrated Layout Plan of Transportation Craft for Dry Bulk Floating Pier

结合某工程实际,提出一种适用于干散货浮码头的新型输送工艺布置方案。该方案采用一体化柔性布置的带式输送机替代传统带式输送机,减少了工艺系统中输送机的数量和物料输送过程中转接点的数量,比传统方案具有更好的节能效果和环保性能。

With a certain engineering practice,this paper proposes a new layout plan of transportation craft. This plan uses the belt conveyor with an integrated and flexible layout to replace the traditional one. It can reduce the number of belt conveyors and the number of transit points in the transportation system. This new plan has better energy efficiency and environmental performance than the traditional plan.
