马铃薯主粮化与产业开发研究综述 被引量:21

摘要 2015年初国家农业部发布消息称,今后要通过推进马铃薯主粮化,让马铃薯逐渐成为继小麦、玉米、水稻之后的第四大主粮,为国家粮食安全提供更多保障。通过文献法对国内外马铃薯主粮化以及产业化研究的相关文献进行梳理,归纳了国际国内马铃薯产业化及主粮化相关研究进展,并提出未来马铃薯主粮化及产业化研究的3个主要趋势:国家对马铃薯的政策扶持长期偏弱,如何加强的问题;在主产区农户种植马铃薯积极性不高,如何解决农民"不爱种"的问题;在主销区马铃薯主食化难以接受,如何解决老百姓"不爱吃"的问题等。 In the early 2015, the Department of Agriculture announced that potatoes will be promotea as me iorm staple food following wheat, corn and rice to provide more security to national food supply. With the documentation method, the present thesis purports to study some researches on the promotion and industrialization of potatoes as the staple food both at home and abroad. Moreover, the three trends on the study of the promotion and industrialization of potatoes as the staple food are presented: how to strengthen the policy of promoting potatoes as the staple food which has never been completely implemented; how to encourage the farmers in the main producing areas who are not so enthusiastic to plant more potatoes and how to promote potatoes as the staple food for the people in the main consumption areas who don' t really reckon potatoes as the staple food.
