交易成本与个体户工业品原材料销售渠道选择——基于安徽省太和县发制品个体户的调查

The Transaction Costs and the Individual Households' Selection of Marketing Model of Industrial Raw Materials——Based on the Investigation of Individual Hair Household in Taihe County Anhui Province

利用Probit模型和3个发制品主产乡镇125个发制品个体户的抽样调查数据,实证分析了交易成本对个体户工业原材料销售渠道选择的影响.研究表明,交易成本在信息搜寻、谈判和执行3个方面对个体户选择销售渠道影响十分明显,特别是结算方式和违约状况影响尤为显著.研究认为政府应加强当地的资源整合,完善工业品原材料流通体系建设,以此降低交易成本,减少流通过程中的各种"摩擦力".

The artical makes use of the probit model and the data of 125 individual hair households in the three township enterprises,and analyzes the impact of transaction costs on the individual hair households＇ selection of marketing model of industrial raw materials.The research shows that the information gathering,negotiation and implementation especially the means of payments and broken contract condition have a significant impact on the individual households＇ selection of marketing model.We suggest that the government should strengthen the integration of local resources,and improve the circulation system of industrial raw materials in order to reduce transaction costs and the frictions in circulation process.
