在政府购买社会工作服务项目和社会工作岗位远远不能满足专业社工机构发展需要的背景下,公益创投模式的引入将有效缓解这一困境.通过构建社会工作人才队伍支持体系,推动政府购买社会服务常态化,引入第三方评估机制等方法,实现专业社工机构的健康、可持续发展.

Government purchases of social work services and social work posts have been unable to meet the needs of social work services.So the introduction of ＂venture philanthropy＂ model,will effectively alleviate this dilemma.This paper,by building social work personnel support system,aims to help normalize the government purchase of social services,and import the third-party evaluation mechanism and other methods,so as to achieve a healthy and sustainable development of professional social work institutions.
