摘要
在辅导员培训中引入体验式教育,符合我国辅导员培训政策的目标和要求,弥补传统辅导员培训方式的不足和局限,迎合辅导员的情感诉求和工作特殊性,提高辅导员工作的针对性和有效性。体验式教育可采用情景体验法、交流体验法、榜样示范体验法、社会实践体验法等教育方法,要求教育者注重体验情景和实践环节的设计,强调体验过程的引导和反思,注重体验过后的分享和升华。
By using the experiential education in counselor training, it meets the objectives and requirements of our counselor training policy, makes up for the deficiencies and limitations of traditional counselor training, caters to the counselor's emotional appeals and the special nature of their work and improves the pertinence and effectiveness of the work of counselors. Experiential education can use methods such as the scene experience method, exchange of experience method, model demonstration method,social practical experience method,which require educators to focus on the designing of scenarios and practical activities,emphasize the guidance and reflection in the process of experience and pay attention to the sharing and sublimation after the experience.
