摘要
以西昌学院"一类模式"民族预科学生管理为例,分析了这部分学生在出勤、课堂纪律、学风、喝酒、晚归、卫生等方面存在的问题。并根据问卷、约谈、试点等获得的调研数据,重点论述了其中的两点原因:在自我标准显著低于管理标准的情况下,"一类模式"民族预科学生较多地以自我标准为主要参照标准,而未充分接纳吸收管理者要求的标准;缺少明确、具体、高远的近远期目标。针对这两个原因,结合管理实际,提出树立双层目标、完善课程设置、引入"慎独"思想三点建议,希望对"一类模式"民族预科学生管理工作有所裨益。
This paper purports to reserch on the management of Type-1 Yi language-Chinese ethnic pre-college students, with the case study of the students in Xichang College. The paper contains three parts. The author points out five problems in the management of these students in the first part, such as absence for classes, weak discipline,and so on. Two main causes are stated in the second part: firstly, some of them do not adopt management standands,but go their own way; secondly, most of them do not have clear, specific goals and lofty ideals. And there are three suggestions to improve their self-management abilities in the last part: Setting up dual goals, making better curriculun plans and introducing "self-supervision" thought.
