With the development of morden science and information technology after entering the 21st century,the therapeutic managements of hepatobiliary surgery are more digitized .To build preoperative digital platform of liver , quantificated regional liver function evaluation and intelligentized surgical strategy for accurate assessment and treatment .Precise resection of target lesions could be achieved with the help of intraoperative digital-imaging and information-guidance .Based on visualized surgery and perioperative digital management, characteristics of precise surgery could be evidence-based, quantification, visualization and controllability.Above all, a new era of precise hepatobiliary surgery is being started in China .
