摘要 本实验在12Cr18Ni9奥氏体不锈钢的基础上进行增氮降镍,采用不锈钢硫酸——硫酸铜腐蚀试验法对不同氮含量的试验钢种进行晶间腐蚀试验,分析试验钢的金相组织形貌以及晶间腐蚀沟的深度,结果表明,试验钢的晶间腐蚀程度随着氮含量的提高显著降低. The experiment of increasing nitrogen and reducing nickel on the basis of 12Crl8Ni9 austenitic stainless steel was carried out by means of copper sulfate sulfuric acid test for stainless steels, and the experiment of intergranular corrosion on the test steel with dif- ferent grade of nitrogen was conducted, so as to analyze the metallographic tissue topography of the test steel and the degree of depth of intergranular corrosion ditch. Result shows that the intergranular corrosion degree of the test steel was reduced significantly with the rai- sing of the nitrogen content.
