球磨法制备Al-Ce-Fe非晶/纳米晶合金

摘要 在转速150转/min、球料质量比为15:1条件下对Al88 Ce8 Fe4合金粉末进行球磨,采用SEM、XRD、激光粒度分析仪观察和分析形貌、粒度以及物相、晶粒尺寸等变化.结果表明:粉末粒径在球磨过程中随时间延长先增大再减小最后趋于平衡,表面枝状晶粒消失;球磨过程中未出现新物相,晶粒尺寸急剧下降并趋于10~20 nm,结晶度持续降低最终在球磨32 h形成纳米晶/非晶相. Al88 Ce8 Fe4 alloy powders were ball-milled at the speed of 150 r/min and the ball-to-powder weight ratio of 15: 1. The micro- structure, phase and grain size were examined by SEM, XRD and laser particle size analyzer. The results show that the particle size of the powders increased at beginning, declined in the following until in the last period of milling attained a constant value monotonously. The dendrite grains on the panicle surface as seen from the original powders disappeared, but new phases didn' t arise throughout the process of ball-milling. The degree of crystallization reduced continuously until a stable mixture of amorphous and nano-crystallized combined panicles was generated after the powders were milled for 32 hours.
