摘要
通过对高炉炉渣成分整理,利用方差分析方法,得出不同温度下Mg O,Al2O3,碱度与炉渣粘度的线性关系.试验结果表明:在高温条件下温度对黏度的影响最大,远超化学成分的影响.但随着温度的降低,化学成分的影响逐渐显现,数据为高炉生产提供了理论参考.
The linear relationships between MgO, Al2O3, alkalinity and slag viscosity under different temperature were obtained by means of the collation of blast furnace slag composition using the method of variance analysis. The test results show that under high temperature, the eft)ct of temperature on the viscosity of the maximum impact is far greater than the chemical composition. But with the decrease of temperature, the influence of chemical composition increases gradually. The research data may provide a theoretical refer- ence for the production of blast furnace.
