摘要
利用非晶Al-Ce-Fe粉体,通过冷喷涂方式在AA7075铝合金基体上制备Al-Ce-Fe非晶合金镀层.在形成镀层过程中,冷喷涂对非晶粉体形成的镀层没有导致明显的晶化,能形成均匀紧实的连续涂层,硬度可达HV228,在0.6 mol/L Na Cl中性溶液中耐蚀性较AA7075铝合金基体提高两倍,在0.01 mol/L Na Cl中性溶液中耐蚀性较AA7075铝合金基体提高五倍.实验表明:冷喷涂技术形成的非晶Al-Ce-Fe镀层具有优异的抗蚀性.
Cold gas dynamic spraying was employed to deposit A1-Ce-Fe amorphous coating on AA7075 aluminmn alloy substrate. The cold spraying technique can retain the deposited alloy coating from amorphous alloy powders amorphous to form a uniform, compact and continuous coated layer. The hardness of the coating attains to HV 228. The corrosion resistance of the as-deposited AI-Ce-Fe amor- phous coating amounts to twice and five times higher than AA7075 aluminum alloy in 0.6 M NaC1 and 0. 01M NaCI solutions, respec- tively. The result demonstrates that the AI-Ce-Fc amorphous coating deposited by cold spraying possesses excellent corrosion resist- ante.
