包钢高强度低温用微合金化H型钢的生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 包钢试制Q345E连铸坯并进行轧制,在添加痕量硼元素的低合金高强度H型钢的基础上,进行了合金成分设计,确定了钒硼复合添加的工艺方案以降低钢的韧脆转变温度.低温冲击功数值检测良好,夹杂物及晶粒度控制水平效果良好. Industrial experiments of Q345E continuous casting were carried out with rolling mill in Baotou Iron and Steel( Group)Co.. Based on chemical composition of the Boron-added HSLA H-beam, the composition of the new H-beam was designed, and Vanadium was added in the new H-beams together with trace boron so as to further reduce its DBTT. The values of low-temperature impact energy are much better. Inclusions and grain size control-ling level are improved.
