目前,我国生态文明建设已被提高到前所未有的高度。由于我国很多景区旅游资源产权不清,导致旅游景区在管理和经营中存在责权不清、利益分配不公等问题,从而直接影响了景区的可持续发展。因此,明确界定景区旅游资源产权,是促进旅游景区可持续发展和生态文明建设的重要途径。

Currently,China＇s ecological civilization construction has been raised into an unprecedented height.On account that the property rights of tourism resources of many China＇s scenic spots are unclear,which leads to unclear rights and obligations,as well as unfair distribution of benefit,etc.,in management and operation of the scenic spots.Thus it directly influences scenic spots＇ sustainable development.Therefore,clear delimitation of property rights of tourism resources in scenic spots is the important approach of promoting scenic spots＇ sustainable development and ecological civilization construction.
