论民族理性与国家理论——基于历史唯物主义的分析

The Nation Rationality and State Theory—Based on the Analysis of the Historical Materialism

理性与理论的关系需要区分两种情况,一种是个人理性与个人观点、思想和理论的关系,一种是民族理性与民族、国家的意志、思想和理论的关系。个人理论在个人理性的基础上形成,个人理性直接对应个人的观点、思想和理论,个人理性与个人理论具有直接对应的统一性关系。国家理论的形成并不否认民族理性的作用,但是民族理性与国家理论并不具有直接对应的统一性。民族的理性过程和结果并非直接等同于国家理论的形成,国家理论深受政治集团和政治领袖参与的影响。理性并不决定一个民族、国家,理论决定一个民族、国家。科学的国家理论具有根本性的意义和价值。

The relationship between nationality and the theory includes two cases, one is the relationship between personal reason and personal point of view, thought and theory, the other is the relationship between national reason and nation, state＇s will, thought and theory. Personal theory in individual rationality, is formed on the basis of individual rationality directly corresponding personal point of view, thoughts and theory, individual rationality and individual theory have corresponding unity relations directly. State theory does not deny the formation of national rationality, but the reason and nation theory does not have a direct corresponding unity. National rational process and the results are not directly equal to the formation of the state theory, state theory is under the influence of the participation of political groups and political leaders. Rationality does not decide a nation or state, whereas, theory decides a nation or state. The scientific theory of state has fundamental meanings and value.
