摘要
在大数据背景下,媒体面临提供公共文化服务的机遇与挑战,且新媒体提供公共文化服务过程中存在新媒体公共性的流失,文化功能不足,文化创新力缺失等困境。文章提出了以大数据为手段的相关发展策略,强调要突出新媒体的公共性、完善新媒体公共文化供给功能、加强文化监督,以构建科学合理的文化内容服务体系。
The influence and popularity of new media make it increasingly become an important channel and platform for public cultural services. The era of big data puts forward new requirements and change. Under the background of big data, this paper discusses the advantage and disadvantage of public cultural services. And the new media is the loss of publicity in the process of public cultural services, lack of cultural function, lack of cultural innovation. By means of large data ,this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as, highlighting the publicity of the new media, perfecting the function of new media, strengthening the supervision of culture, building a scientific and reasonable culture content service system.
