摘要
以陈庄煤矿近距离煤层3号煤31301综采工作面支架选型为背景,通过数值模拟试验确定了陈庄煤矿近距离煤层31301综采工作面合理的支架工作阻力为8 700 k N/架,定量的确定支架合理工作阻力,为支架选型开辟了良好的途径。通过现场观测,确定的支架工作阻力是恰当的,实现了矿井的安全开采,说明文章研究方法可靠。研究结果对类似条件下近距离煤层综采工作面支架选型具有积极的指导意义。
This paper took the No. 3 Coal 31301 fully mechanized working face support selection on Close Distance Coal Seam as the background in Chenzhuang Coal Mine,through the numerical simulation test to determine the Close Distance Coal Seam 31301 Chenzhuang Coal Mine fully mechanized working face of reasonable support working resistance of 8 700 k N each frame,quantitative determination of reasonable support working resistance,for stent type opens a good way. Through the field observation,determine the right support working resistance,realized the safety mining of mine,this paper research method is reliable. The results of similar close coal seam under the condition of fully mechanized working face support selection of positive significance.
