Research on Users' Satisfaction of Mobile Government Based on TAM Model

摘要以技术接受模型为理论框架,分析了移动政府网站质量(信息质量,系统质量和服务质量)对用户满意和持续使用行为的影响。通过问卷调研的方式收集到1023份有效样本,实证结果表明信息质量、系统质量和服务质量对网站有用性均有显著影响,而网站质量中只有系统质量对网站易用性产生显著影响。此外,有用性和易用性分别对用户满意和持续使用意向产生显著影响,用户满意对公众持续使用移动政务的影响最明显。 Using the technology acceptance model as a theoretical framework, This study investigates the effects of web characteristics （information quality, quality system and service quality）on user satisfaction and intention to continue using m-governmentt.Based on a sample of 1023 users,the results indicate that information quality, system quality and service quality have a positive effect on perceived usefulness, only system quality have a positive effect on perceived easiness of use. In addition, perceived usefulness and perceived easiness of use have a positive effect on user satisfaction and intention to continue using m-government. User satisfaction has the strongest effect on intention to continue using m-government.
