摘要
通过对文献系统性的回顾,对国内外电子商务环境下的隐私关注研究进行了梳理和述评,系统介绍了隐私关注相关概念、隐私关注量表、隐私关注的影响因素、隐私关注对消费者行为意向的影响的相关研究进展。研究发现当前研究中存在"实证研究以美国为主,其他区域研究不足"、"研究样本以在校大学生为主,涵盖面不足"等缺陷,"移动商务和泛在商务中的隐私关注"、"跨文化的隐私关注"等是未来研究值得关注的领域。
Through a systematical literature review of privacy concern researches in e-commerce, this paper summarizes the conceptualization of privacy concern, the scale and the antecedents of privacy concern, and its effect on consumers' behavioral intention. Based on the review, this paper identifies the limitations of previous researches, including that most em- pirical researches are conducted in the United States, most samples come from college students, etc. The future researches could explore privacy concern in mobile commerce or ubiquitous commerce, and more cross-cultural researches should be conducted to better understand cultural differences of privacy concern.
