摘要
目的:分析三维断层成像联合VCI对阴道前壁脱垂网片置入术后评估的应用价值。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年10月在我院接受前盆腔悬吊网片置入手术的阴道前壁脱垂患者36例为研究对象。患者均由我院同组医师对其进行阴道前壁脱垂网片置入手术,术后半年至一年内对患者置入网片进行三位彩超检查,并经会阴进行超声检查,得出患者阴道三维彩色多普勒图像等。结果:6例患者中,有25例网片走形平直,另11例网片出现折叠或者皱缩,网片走形平直的人数明显大于网片出现折叠或皱缩的人数;25例网片走形平直的患者中有5例轻度膀胱膨出,11例网片折叠或皱缩的患者中有7例轻中度膀胱膨出。膀胱膨出最深值为25.98mm,最浅值为10.07mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维断层成像联合VCI对阴道前壁脱垂网片置入术后评估具有一定的意义。
Objective: To explore the clinical value of three-dimensional tomography combined with VCI in the evaluation of the posterior vaginal wall prolapse. Methods: 36 cases with anterior vaginal wall prolapse underwent anterior pelvic suspension mesh implantation were selected as the object of study from January 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital. All patients received the anterior vaginal wall prolapse mesh implant surgery by the same group doctor. And the setting net sheet three color doppler ultrasound examination were tested after six months to one year after operation. And all patients underwent transperineal ultrasound and so that concluding transvaginal three-dimensional color doppler images. Results: All of the 36 patients,a total of 25 cases of mesh shape straight,the other 11 cases mesh appear folding or shrinkage,netting zouxing straight number of patients was significantly greater than that of mesh number of folding or shrinkage; 25 cases of mesh shape straight in patients with a total of 5 cases of mild cystocele,11 cases of mesh folding or shrinkage in patients with a total of 7 patients with mild to moderate cystocele. Cystocele deepest values for 25. 98 mm,the shallow value for 10. 07 mm. Significant difference and gap above all with statistical significance,P〈0. 05.Conclusion: Three dimensional tomographic imaging combined with VCI has a certain significance for the evaluation of vaginal anterior wall prolapse. It is worthy of clinical application.
