慢性肺源性心脏病并发心律失常患者C反应蛋白与QT离散度的分析

Analysis of CRP and QT Dispersion in Patients with COPD Complicated with Arrhythmia

目的:对慢性肺源性心脏病(COPD)并发心率失常患者C反应蛋白及QT离散度进行分析。方法:随机选取我院2013年9月至2015年9月共收治的84例COPD患者,根据患者是否具有心律失常将其分成心律失常组(46例)和无心律失常组(38例),对两组患者的C反应蛋白(CRP)进行检测,记录两组患者的QT及JT间期。结果:心律失常组患者血清C反应蛋白浓度、QTd与JTd间期均显著高于非心律失常组(P<0.05)。结论:COPD患者的心律失常可以引起COPD患者机体内的CRP浓度和QT离散度增高,CRP浓度和QT离散度可以在一定程度上作为COPD患者预测心律失常的指征。

Objective： To analyse the C reactive protein（ CRP） and QT dispersion in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease（ COPD） complicated with arrhythmin. Methods： 84 cases of COPD patients treated from September 2013 to September 2015 were selected randomly in our hospital. They were divided into the arrhythmia group（ 46 cases） and the arrhythmia group（ 38 cases）. C reactive protein（ CRP） were detected in patients of two groups,and the QT and JT intervals of the two groups were recorded. Results： The serum levels of CRP,QTd and JTd were significantly higher in the patients with arrhythmia than those in the non cardiac arrhythmia group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： COPD patients with arrhythmia can cause COPD patients in the body of the CRP concentration and increased QT dispersion. CRP concentration and QT dispersion can be used as a predictive index for COPD patients to some extent.
