摘要 为了解安顺市近5年家畜口蹄疫免疫效果,采用VP1结构蛋白抗体ELISA及液相阻断ELISA方法对全市家畜口蹄疫免疫血清进行免疫抗体监测。结果表明:2012、2013年猪O型口蹄疫合成肽疫苗抗体检测合格率极显著下降(P<0.01),2012年猪O型口蹄疫佐剂灭活疫苗及牛O型口蹄疫-亚洲Ⅰ型双价苗抗体检测合格率极显著下降(P<0.01);羊O型口蹄疫-亚洲Ⅰ型双价苗抗体检测合格率总体呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.01),猪O型口蹄疫合成肽疫苗比猪O型口蹄疫佐剂灭活疫苗保护率高。 In order to provide theoretical basis for vaccine selection and the establishment of immunization programs. Livestock foot and mouth disease vaccine ( FMDV) immune effect in Anshun in recent 5 years was evaluated. Methods of VP1 antibody ELISA and liquid phase blocking ELISA were used to detect immune antibody of livestock in Anshun. The result showed that:The qualified rate of antibody of O-type synthetic peptide FDMV in swine was slightly decreased in 2012 and 2013 ( P〈0.01 );the qualified rate of antibody of O-type inactivated FMDV in swine and O-type FMDV-AsiaⅠbivalent vaccine in bovine decreased slightly in 2012 ( P〈0.01 );O-type FMDV - AsiaⅠbivalent vaccine antibody pass-rate was increasing year by year in goat( P〈0.01);O-type synthetic peptide FDMV protection rate higher than O-type inactivated FMDV in swine.
