产业转型升级视阈下高等职业教育发展的战略抉择

Strategic Choice of Higher Vocational Education Development from the Perspective of Industrial Transformation and Upgrading

产业转型升级使社会对高素质技能人才的需求规模和层次不断扩大,对高等职业教育人才培养提出了新的更高要求。为促进高等职业教育与产业转型升级的融合发展,高职院校必须以优化人才结构、加大技术供给、提升创新人才培养水平为功能导向,提升服务产业转型升级的能力,缓解产业转型升级的人才缺口,为产业转型升级提供技术创新动力。面对产业转型升级从"要素驱动"向"创新驱动"转变的现实需要,高等职业教育必须转变观念,主动适应产业转型升级的要求,办学定位要与产业转型相匹配,专业设置要与产业结构升级相契合,课程内容设计要与职业岗位相衔接,教学过程要与企业生产过程相融合,创新人才培养模式,实现与产业转型发展的同步升级。

The industrial transformation and upgrading expand the scale and level of social demand for high-skilled personnel, and put forward new and higher requirements for higher vocational education. In order to promote the integration of vocational education and industrial transformation and upgrading, higher vocational colleges must optimize the talent structure, increase the supply of technology, improve the innovation capacity of function-oriented, enhance the ability to serve industrial transformation and upgrading, ease the industrial transformation and upgrade talent gap, and give technical innovation momentum for industrial transformation and upgrading. Facing the actual needs of industrial transformation and upgrading from ＂factor-driven＂ to ＂innovation-driven＂, higher vocational colleges must change concepts in order to achieve a stable and orderly development, make initiative to meet the development requirements of industrial transformation and upgrading, educational location must match up with the industrial transformation, major setup must link up with industrial upgrading, curriculum content design must access to professional positions, teaching process must access to the production process of factory. At last, higher vocational colleges should innovate personnel training mode, and try to achieve synchronization upgrading between higher vocational education and industrial transformation.
