摘要
开展大学生创业教育是我国高等教育大众化发展的必然要求,提升创业教育绩效对于大学生创新创业能力的培养意义重大。通过对影响创业教育绩效的宏观因素和微观因素进行梳理,提出了创业教育氛围、创业支撑体系、创业课程体系以及师资力量对创业教育绩效具有正向影响的研究假设。综合运用因子分析、相关分析和回归分析对广东省15所高校大学生的调研数据进行实证分析,结果表明,创业教育支撑体系、课程体系、师资力量及创业氛围对创业教育绩效具有正向影响,其中,创业教育支撑体系对大学生创新意识和创业愿望的影响最为显著;创业教育课程和创业教育师资对大学生创业知识掌握的影响最为显著。
It is an inevitable requirement to carry out entrepreneurship education in the period of popularization of higher education, and It's also significant to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship capability of students. This paper sorts out macro factors and micro factors that affect the performance of entrepreneurial education, and proposes the hypothesis that entrepreneurship education environment, business support system, entrepreneurship courses and faculty system performance have positive impacts on entrepreneurship education. Based on questionnaire survey of 15 colleges and universities in Guangdong Province to collect relevant research data, and using empirical analysis of factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis on survey data, and the results show that the entrepreneurship education support system, curriculum, faculty and entrepreneurial atmosphere have positive influence on the performance of entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurship education support system has most significantly impact on students' innovation and entrepreneurial aspirations of all; entrepreneurship education curriculum and teachers have the most significant impact on students' mastery of business knowledge.
