摘要 依据现代发展性教师评价理论,构建高职教师工作生活质量评价指标体系,采用自我评价方法,对1268名高职教师工作生活质量影响因子实施了测评研究。结果表明,抽样调查对象对所从事的工作生活质量的总体满意度为中等偏上水平。为此,要积极改善高职教师教学生态环境,为教师提供多元化工作条件,提升高职教师专业化发展水平,这可从改善教师工作生活条件、提供多元化职教理论研习路径、加强高职院校实践教学条件建设、关注中青年教师群体等方面入手。 The evaluation system of quality of working life for higher vocational teachers has been constructed based on modern development-oriented education evaluation of teachers. The influence factors of working life quality for 1268 higher vocational teachers have been evaluated by the self-evaluation method. The rusults indicated that, the overall satisfaction to the quality of working life of the sample investigation objects is above medium level. According to the findings, some suggestions have been provided: to improve instructional ecological environment, to promote professional development of higher vocational teachers by improving teachers' working and living conditions, providing pluralistic theoretic development paths, strengthening practice teaching conditions of higher vocational teachers, etc.
