摘要
高等教育发展的本质诉求是"人的发展"。我国高等教育发展中存在德育教育滞后问题和重科研轻教学的功利化思想,忽视了学生的全面发展。反思我国高等教育发展,应以"生"为本,改革高校人才培育机制,立德树人,以创新思想引领学生知识组织与能力培育,提高学生发展能力。
Human being's development is the inherent essence of higher education. In the development of China's higher education, there exist the ignorance of moral education and learners’ overall development, which attaches utilitarian importance to scientific research, but despise the teaching. Reflecting on the present status of China's higher education, the author assumes that it is necessary to reform colleges’ talent training systems that proportionately focus on moral education, learning organization and skill training to innovatively improve college students’ capability-building.
