师范生“国考”制度认同状况的调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 从制度价值、制度效力、制度影响三个维度出发,考察师范生对国家教师资格考试制度的认同状况。调研表明,师范生对国家教师资格考试制度认同的总体水平一般,对制度价值的认同度较高,对制度影响的认同度居中,对制度效力的认同度偏低。同时,师范生对国家教师资格考试的制度认同具有鲜明的群体特征。总体上讲,师范生对"国考"的认同度随着年级的增高而逐步下降,艺体类师范生的认同度低于文理科师范生,部属高校师范生对"国考"的认同度优于省属高校师范生,西部地区师范生的认同度比东中部地区师范生低。师范生是国家教师资格考试制度改革的重要利益相关者,促进他们的制度认同水平能够更好地推动制度变迁。 We examined normal students’ identification of NTCE from the dimensions of value, effectiveness and influence of the state system. We found that, in general, there was no significant gap in normal students’ overall view of the system of NTCE. Dimensionally, they gave much importance to its value, a moderate evaluation on its impact and a lower evaluation on its effectiveness. Meanwhile, it was characteristic of distinct group identification. Generally speaking, normal students’ identification decreased with the increase of grades. Students of the arts and physical education rated the system lower than those of humanities and sciences education; students from the ministerial normal universitiesrated it higher than their counterparts of provincial normal universities; and students from the western region considered it lower than those from the central and eastern regions. We should promote the system identification of normal students as major stakeholders to facilitate the evolution of the NTCE.
