摘要
基于IMOI范式,运用模拟实验与自陈报告,对39支创业团队分别从创业团队沟通对绩效的影响,考查风险框架对创业团队沟通与绩效的调节机制,为创业初期外界风险呈现方式以及有效反馈对创业绩效的影响差异提供实验依据。结果发现,创业团队发展过程中,风险框架条件下,收益框架负向调节团队沟通对创业整体绩效的影响,为我们的创业教育及指导提供依据。
This article used IMOI model, simulating experiments and self-report to investigate 39 entrepreneurial teams in the aspects of effects of team communication on team performance and moderating effects of risk framing, to provide empirical evidence of effects of preliminary risk presence and feedback on entrepreneurial performance. It found that the risk framing of gains could negatively regulate the effects of team communication on group performance in the process of entrepreneurial development, thus providing important suggestions to entrepreneurial education.
