摘要
利用橙皮苷作为转化底物和主要碳源经固体培养基筛选得到能高效将橙皮苷转化成橙皮素的产酸克雷伯氏菌。并利用正交实验对发酵条件进行优化。最后利用大孔树脂分离橙皮苷和橙皮素,以得到纯度较高的橙皮素产物。
We selected the acid production Klebsiella which could efficiently transform the hesperidin into hesperetin by using hesperidin as substrateconverslon and main carbon source through solid culture medi- urn. Then use orthogonal experiment to optimize fermentation,conditions. Finally, using macroporous res- in to separate hesperidin from hesperetin to obtain high purity product of hesperidin.
