快速制备草甘膦铵盐可溶性粒剂的方法研究

摘要 在没有介质水参与的条件下,草甘膦原粉与固体碳酸氢铵直接与助剂、填料混合反应生成草甘膦铵盐,将其经造粒、烘干得到草甘膦铵盐可溶性粒剂。获得其制备的最佳工艺条件是采用自制助剂BE-50,在温度25-30℃、pH值3.8-4.0,混合搅拌时间40min,物料反应12h,添加适量水可直接造粒。制得的可溶性粒剂的粒型饱满、脱落率低,符合国家标准;同时生产操作简单,不涉及危险化学品,对操作者安全,节约了设备投资、能耗、原材料成本和人工成本,环保效益十分显著。 In the absence of participation of medium water, glyphosate powder mixed with solid ammonium bicarbonate and additives directly reacting to form glyphosate ammonium salt, which was subsequently obtained glyphosate ammonium salt soluble granule by granulation and drying. The optimum process conditions is that using homemade auxiliaries BE-50, at the temperature of 25℃-30℃, pH value of 3.8 to 4.0,mixing time 40min, blended materials could granulated with water after reaction about 12 hours. The soluble granule in line with national standards, has grain full and low loss rate. At the same time, the operation is simple, does not involve the use of dangerous chemicals, the operator safety, saving equipment investment, energy consumption, the cost of raw materials and artificial, environmental protection benefit is significant.
