摘要
煤气化技术可分为固定床、流化床气化和气流床,而气流床气化又可分为水冷壁型气化炉和耐火砖型气化炉。梳理了最新国内现存水冷壁型气化炉的几大技术,分别对其工艺特点作重点介绍,结合各气化技术在国内的应用情况,观察煤化工在我国的发展趋势。
Coal gasification technology can be divided into fixed bed, fluidized bed gasification and entrained flow bed, and entrained flow bed gasification can be divided into water-wall type gasifier and refractory brick type gasifier. Combing the latest technology of the new type of water wall type gasification furnace in China, the author focuses on the characteristics of the process, combined with the application of various gasification technology in China, and the development trend of coal chemical industry in China.
