液硫成型装置及再熔系统改造

摘要 主要研究了中原油田普光天然气净化厂硫磺成型装置再熔系统的改造。通过对净化厂内硫磺成型装置再熔系统的现状分析及规模计算,确定硫磺成型装置再熔系统工艺流程及技术指标,并通过增加一套硫磺再熔系统,解决硫磺成型中细粉硫、循环冷却水等资源的浪费;降低设备腐蚀,提高成型装置运行负荷。以达到细粉硫的回收利用、循环水消耗降低、成型设备生产能力提高以及消除设备堵塞和粉尘污染、火灾、爆炸等安全隐患。 This paper mainly studiesthe re-melting systemretrofiting of thesulfur forming unitinPuguangGasPurification Plant of ZhongyuanOil.field.Depending on the analysis of the current situation and capacity cal- culation of the re-melting system, its process flow and technical specification were conformed. Consequently, by introducing a sulfur re-melting system, we can avoid the wasting of the sulfur powder and decrease the amount of cooling water, therefore reduce the equipment corrosion and improve the operating duty. And finally we can achieve the target of sulfur powder recycling, decreasing energy consuming, eliminating potential safety hazardcaused by equipment blocking, powder pollution, fire and explosion.
