This paper analysis the SINOPEC Luoyang company＇s data of two atmospheric pressure furnace has changed to single for production, and discuss adjustment principle, operation selection, cost saving and so on. Then paper analysis the two reasons of why energy consumption has declined. Finally made clear that this has a good income by optimization and choosing single atmospheric pressure furnace instead two to reduce energy consumption and cost.
