摘要 高职院校通信专业如何培养能适应高速发展社会经济需求的人才,一直困扰着广大高职院校通信类专业教学科研人员。本文立足校企深度融合,从自下而上重构课程体系,基于工作任务、以行动和能力素养培养为导向开展教学活动,建立工学结合并交替的教学实训环境等方面详尽阐述了对"知行合一、校企融通"人才培养模式的研究、探索与实践过程。 Most teaching and research staff of communication major in vocational colleges have been beset by the problem how to train talents to meet the rapid economic development. Based onthe deep integration of colleges and enterprises and the re- structure of the curricula system from the bottom up,according to the teaching activities with working tasks and capacity quality training in lead,and by the establishment of teaching and practical training system in the form of the combination of learning and working,this paper explains the processes of research,explorationand practice of the professional training mode of Integration of Colleges and Enterprises and Unity of Knowing and Doing.
