Cultivating reading ability is regarded as the emphasis in English teaching activity,and the English reading test is also significant. Good English reading materials as the reading test＇s texts are the premise of guaranteeing the high quality of English reading test. This paper analyzes the text authenticity of English reading test in vocational colleges so that the reading test plays its positive backwash effect.
