基于中高职课程体系衔接现状,可以从高职人才培养目标解析入手,从岗位职业能力和人才培养目标、课程体系和人才培养目标的关系以及应用岗位职业能力要素的分析,论证并完成课程体系衔接的途径和方法。

This paper explains the necessity of the connection between secondary and higher vocational Educations from the angle of building a modern vocational education system,discusses the importance of the connection of curriculum systems of logistics management specialties in secondary and higher vocational educations according to the objectives of post professional ability and personnel training and the linkage between the personnel training objective and the curriculum systems,and demonstrates the ways and methods of the connection between the curriculum systems through the analysis on the application of the factors of professional post ability.
