摘要
在网球基本技术教学中,正手击球、反手击球和发球是教学中的重点。和正手击球技术相比,反手击球对于初学者来说不易掌握,而且在实战中不易得到正确运用。通过文献资料研究方法,对常用的几种反手击球动作进行了分析探讨,得出结论:在网球教学中让学生掌握不同的反手击球技术是学生打好反手球的关键。
In the teaching of basic skills of tennis,the skills of forehand,backhand and serving are the focuses in teaching. Compared with forehand technique,backhand technique is not easy to be mastered by beginners and is difficult to be correctly applied in actual competitions. According to the methods of literature research,this paper analyzes several kinds of backhand movements commonly used,and concludes that it is the key for students to master different backhand techniques in in tennis teaching.
