摘要
文章针对多工位级进模冲压工艺的复杂性,介绍了条料多工位冲压仿真分析的方法,设计了基于有限元分析的多工位冲压工艺设计流程,提出了有限元逆向展料法与成形工序数值模拟分析相结合的多工位成形坯料优化方法,并以某汽车结构件为例分析了该方法的实施步骤及关键技术,在其基础上设计出冲压工艺排样方案,经生产实践验证了该方案的合理性,为板料多工步冲压成形工艺的制定提供了科学的依据。
Aiming at the complexity of the stamping process of multi- position progressive die,this paper introduces the methods of the simulation analysis of strip multi- position stamping,devises the design process of the multi- position stamping process based on FEA,puts forward an optimization method of multi- position blanks with the combination of the FEM inverse unfolding approach and the simulation analysis of forming process value,analyzes the implementation steps and the key techniques of the method by taking automobile structure parts examples and designs the layout program for stamping process. As the rationality of the program. has been verified through production practice,the scientific basis is provided for the formulation of the stamping process of sheet multiple- step.
