摘要 依托先进的信息传递技术,通过研究基于信息交互技术对进入工厂的汽车牌照号码自动识别,自动关联到对应订单,并在终端机、LED大屏及中央控制室内同步显示整个工厂货物的物流进度,解决了货车司机与操作人员的实时信息交互,避免了信息传递人员来回穿插自动化装车生产线的安全隐患,同时方便了操作人员对装车现场情况的整体掌控。最后通过优化从货物订单开始生成到货物调拨出库完成的物流过程,提高工厂货物装车调度的科学管理。 Relying on advanced information transfer technology and studying information interaction technology,the registration numbers of the vehicles coming into the factory can be identified automatically and be correlated to corresponding orders automatically. Meanwhile the logistics progress of the goods in the whole factory is displayed simultaneously on the terminal,on the big LED screen and in the central control room. So information can be interacted effectively and simultaneously between vehicle drivers and central control staff,and potential securityproblems can be avoided when information staff have to go back and forth across the automated loading lines. At the same time,information operators are easy to control the overall conditions of loading sites. As a result,the optimization of the logistics process from the generation of goods orders to the delivery of goods from the warehouse improves the management level on goods loading in the factory.
