摘要 针对高职院校汽车类专业学生设计一种电子节气门控制系统实训装置,该装置以AT89S51单片机为控制核心,采用A/D转换器ADC0832进行油门踏板位置传感器和节气门位置传感器信号采集,利用L298N驱动模块完成节气门的驱动,以增量式的PID控制算法实现了节气门的闭环控制。本装置采用了常见的器件,简单的控制方法,能够让学生通过搭建系统和编写控制程序,在"学中做,做中学"的过程中深刻地理解电子节气门控制系统的工作原理,实际应用表明该装置具有可行性和有效性。 A kind of training equipment of electronic throttle control system,which is designed for students of automobile majors at vocational colleges,takes AT89S51 as the control core,uses A / D converter ADC0832 to collect the signals from the accelerator pedal position sensor and the position sensor,completes the driving throttle with the L298 N drive module,and achieves a closed- loop control of the throttle with the incremental PID control algorithm. The equipment adopts common devices and a simple control method,which enable students to understand deeply the working principle of the electronic throttle control system through building the system and writing the control program in the process of "learning by doing,doing by learning". The factual application indicates the feasibility and validity of the equipment.
