摘要
高校教师是创业型大学建设的核心力量。提升教师的参与意愿有利于创业型大学建设战略目标的实现。通过Probit模型进行回归分析,验证影响教师意愿的主要因素有区域环境、学校层面因素、个人特征、家庭背景特征以及个人经验/技能特征等。政策制订者可以有针对性地提出相关激励措施促进教师参与意愿的提升。
The faculties are the core strength of entrepreneurial university construction. Improving the faculties' will of involvement is beneficial for realizing the strategic objective of entrepreneurial university construction. The model Probit for regression analysis has been applied to test the determinants of faculties' involvement will in building entrepreneurial university, which include regional environment, university factor, personal character, family background characteristics and personal experiences, etc. Therefore, some incentive measures should be made to improve the faculties' will of involvement.
