现代科技服务业综合评价方法研究综述

A Literature Review on the Comprehensive Evaluation Methods of Modern Science and Technology Service Industry

现代科技服务业是科技服务业的"现代进行时"。随着互联网、大数据等信息技术的快速发展,以及制造业高端化的发展趋势,使得现代科技服务业呈现出一些不同于传统科技服务业的内容,体现为全球资源快捷共享、产业发展交叉融合、信息技术主导支撑等"现代"特征。本文通过梳理前人研究成果,在合理界定现代科技服务业科学内涵的基础上,对适合现代科技服务业综合评价的各种方法进行概括梳理,按定性评估方法、定量评估方法和定性定量相结合的综合评估方法分别进行阐述,并总结与归纳了各种方法的优缺点以及适用情景。

Modern science and technology service industry is ＂present progressive tense＂ of science and technology service industry. With the rapid development of Internet, big data and other informational technology, and high-end developmental trend of manufacturing, making modern science and technology service industry show some contents different from traditional science and technology service industry, and such ＂modem＂ features as quick sharing of global resources, harmoniously developing of cross-industry, predominantly supporting of IT and so on. By combing the results of previous studies, this article summarized the various comprehensive assessment methods for modern science and technology service industry based on scientific definition of its connotation. These methods are classified into three main categories, i.e., qualitative assessment method, quantitative assessment method and the combination of qualitative assessment method and quantitative assessment method. Meanwhile, their strengths, weaknesses and some suggestions for the applicable scenes have been respectively summarized and generalized.
