生产性服务业发展与制造业价值链攀升——以江苏为例 被引量:9

Productive Service Industry Development and Manufacturing Value Chain Climbing— A Case in Jiangsu Province

摘要 文章基于迪克西特-斯蒂格利茨(D-S)垄断竞争分析框架和柯布-道格拉斯(Cobb-Douglas,C-D)函数的理论模型分析表明,生产性服务业能够降低制造业单位生产成本,提高产品附加值,推动制造业价值链攀升。但利用面板数据模型对江苏省制造业的实证检验发现:从行业整体看,生产性服务业对制造业价值链攀升具有一定推动作用,但小于固定资产投资的贡献度;从行业细分看,批发和零售业、房地产业等传统生产性服务业对制造业价值链攀升具有明显推动作用,但科技服务、信息服务等知识技术密集型生产性服务业的动力效应并不显著。基于研究结论,提出了相应的政策建议。 Based on Dixi-Mr Stiglitz(D-S)monopolistic competition analysis framework and Cobb-Douglas(C-D)function, the theory analysis shows that,productive service industry can reduce manufacturing unit production cost,push up the manu?facturing value chain climbing. By using the panel data model,the empirical test of the manufacturing industry in Jiangsu province shows that:From the industry as a whole,the productive service industry has a certain role in promoting manufactur?ing value chain climbing,but less than the contribution of investment in fixed assets;From the industry segments,the tradi?tional productive service industry such as wholesale and retail as well as real estate have an obvious role in promoting manufac?turing value chain climbing,but the knowledge technology intensive producer service industry such as science and technology service and information service have no an obvious role in promoting manufacturing value chain climbing. Based on the re?search conclusions,this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
