摘要
江西某白钨矿资源随开采的深入,矿石逐渐贫、细、杂化,选厂原工艺对该类型矿石适应性较差,指标波动大。根据矿石性质,采用"预先浮硫化矿-白钨粗选-钨粗精矿加温精选"的工艺流程,从含钨0.33%的原矿中,获得含WO_364.37%,回收率为78.02%的钨精矿,资源得到充分利用。
Along with deep exploitation, the scheelite resources of somewhere in Jiangxi became low grade, fine granularity and impurities. The previous technology had weak adaptability and dad target. According to the characteristic of the scheelite, process flow that pre flotation of sulfide ore then rough selection of scheelite and the fine beneficiation of scheelite by applying heating was used, A good result such as a concentrate WO_3 grade of64.37% and a recovery of 78.02% is obtained, make full use of the scheelite.
