摘要 对青海西部水电有限公司应用带电焊接技术的可行性和经济效益等内容进行探讨。通过研究和实际生产的应用,能有效降低阴极钢棒与软带的连接压降;可以降低阴极电流分布相对偏差,提高电解槽运行的稳定性;可以避免采用压接器进行连接需重复维护的工作量和费用;可以在槽底母线被漏槽冲断事故发生时,迅速使用带电焊接装置作为跨槽应急母线进行分流,避免系列停电;值得在该企业及全行业推广应用。 In western Qinghai hydropower Co., Ltd., the feasibility of the application of electric welding technology and economic benefits, etc are discussed in this paper By using and studying in actual production, the technology can reduce the pressure between low-cathode steel stick and soft belt effectively, can decrease the relative deviation of cathode current distribution, can increase the stability in operation of electrolytic cell, can economize the work load and expenditure caused by duplicate maintaining the compression joint device, can prevent largescale blackouts by shunting quickly that use electric welding devices as emergency bus at the time of the incident that the bus at the bottom of the electrolytic cell was swept away by the sink condition. The electric welding technology should be extended to the company and the industry.
